Sarah and Andrew met as freshmen at The University of South Carolina. In the Spring of 2016, Andrew settled into his new dorm room in Capstone Hall. Little did he know, Sarah was living two doors down. Sarah and Andrew first met when he was walking out of his dorm room and spotted Sarah walking by with a bag of groceries. He asked her if she needed any help carrying them. She politely declined but made note that this new guy was pretty cute. Over the next few weeks, Andrew and Sarah bonded together over time spent with their dormmates, dinners at Russell House dining hall, late night chats, fun in Five Points, and a shared science class. They took a riverside stroll one evening and Andrew asked her on their first date. The rest is history. A little over six years later, Andrew asked Sarah to marry him in front of his hometown church, St. Thomas Episcopal, in Orange, Virginia.
